More Of My Story

Plexus as a tool.

Yes. It’s true. Plexus is meant to be a tool to help us on our journey to being the healthiest individuals possible.  While it is true that I started these products with weight loss in mind (why do we often care more about weight loss than health?), and I have lost 20 lbs (and kept it off for almost 3 years now), Plexus is so much more than that.

My afternoon snacking is a thing of the past.

My insomnia is GONE.

I wake up rested; feeling energetic and alert.

Did I mention I’ve lost 20 lbs?

Just this past week I took a challenge to limit my sugar intake to less than 25 grams a day. The picture on the left is still after a 20 lb weight loss. The one one the right is after limiting sugar for one week. I’m still drinking my pink drink & taking my Plexus products, but instead of using them as my only means of weight loss, I am using them as a tool to get my body healthy from the inside out.
